Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

How to track your order

  1. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the shipping confirmation email we send when your order leaves our facility.
  2. Click the tracking link in that email, or enter the tracking number on your carrier's website.
  3. If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in and view your order status under your account.

When will my tracking update?

Remember that all items are personalized and made to order, so please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships and tracking becomes active. See our Shipping Policy for full timelines.
