Personalized & made-to-order items
Each item is custom-made just for you, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, for incorrect personalization details entered at checkout, or for the wrong size being selected. Please review your personalization and size carefully before ordering.
When we'll make it right
We gladly offer a replacement or full refund if your order arrives:
- Damaged or defective
- Incorrect (different from what you ordered)
- With a personalization error on our part
How to start a return or replacement
- Email us at usaglobalstorecorp@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund — no need to ship the item back unless we ask.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the funds.
Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have already begun and we may be unable to cancel.
