Orders & personalization

How do I personalize my product?

On each product page, enter the name, message, or details you'd like in the personalization fields before adding the item to your cart. Please double-check spelling and dates — personalized items are made exactly as entered.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we begin production quickly, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to make a change or cancel. After production begins, we may be unable to make changes. See our Cancellation & Modification policy.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Checkout is fully encrypted over HTTPS and handled by Shopify's PCI-compliant payment system. We never see or store your full card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.

Shipping & delivery

How long until I receive my order?

You should receive your order within 5–15 business days in the US, and 15–25 days internationally, from the date it ships. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to customers around the world. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

Because items are personalized and made to order, we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

What materials do you use?

Each product page lists the materials and details for that specific item. We choose quality materials so your gift lasts for years to come.

Will the colors match the photos exactly?

We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but slight variation can occur between screens and production batches. Every piece is a little one-of-a-kind.
